Shipping

All New Zealand orders are packed and despatched as soon as possible using trackable courier service. Nearly all rural delivery is handed over to the rural delivery drivers by the courier serve and this may take an extra day or two to get to you. If free shipping is offered as a special deal or product promotion, this is only available to residential addresses in the North and South Island boundaries, and excludes islands (e.g Waiheke, Great Barrier, and islands outside of North and South Island boundary). Refunds
At Pratts we understand that sometimes you might need to return an item because it's not what you needed. If you change your mind about your purchase we are happy to give you a credit on your account for a future purchase. The credit has no time expiry so you can order when you next need something. Product must be returned in its unopened original packaging. 

Returns
Pratts is committed to providing quality products, however if you are unsatisfied with your product you may return it in its original condition and packaging with your receipt with 14 days of purchase and we will credit that towards an alternate purchase (refer Refund policy). If during the normal use of your product you discover a manufacturing defect, please contact us at that time.
